Jack O Lantern Pumpkins
This pumpkin is primarily grown in the United States
for making Jack-o-lanterns for Halloween. However, it
is not just a great pumpkin for carving! The wonderful
taste of Jack-O-Lantern is great for making soups,
muffins, casseroles, pies, and many other nutritious
dishes. This is a good keeping pumpkin. Pumpkins
are about 10" in diameter and weigh 5 to 8 kilograms.

Amish Pie Pumpkins
This heirloom comes from the mountains of
Maryland in the United States, and was collected by
an Amish gardener. It can sometimes weigh over
25 kg. The fruit has a beautiful, creamy orange
colour skin and thick flesh that is perfect for making
flavourful homemade pumpkin pies, breads and
other recipes requiring pumpkin.

Bullocks Heart
Huge, pinkish-red, heart shaped fruit up to 1.25 kg (2-3 pound)
produced on strong, bushy plants. Very prolific. The fruit are
firm, meaty, excellently sweet and have few seeds. Great for
stuffing, or making puree and sauces or just as a slicing tomato
for salads and sandwiches.
