We have found that the Highland cattle are very
easy to manage, have great temperaments
excellent "doers" Highlands will thrive in
conditions where other cattle breeds will struggle.
Some of the Benfits of owning Highland Cattle are:
1 Ease of Calving
2 Longeviety
3 Hardiness
4 Docile & Easy Management
5 Ideal for the smaller property
The Australian Highland Cattle Society say's it all
"Highland Cattle .... Good Looks .... Great Beef"
We raise all our animals without using hormones or
antibodics, the way that nature intended-
NATURALLY - & you can taste the difference.
We use cell grazing with single strands of
electric wires to control the cattle, which of
allows for a more effective pasture
management system as well as improving
weed control.
These magnificent animals have a quiet
nature, functionality suitability for natural
high quality beef production. Our goal is
to produce a beef animal that competes in
the show ring as well as a commercial
setting.
Along with their quiet, docile nature
Highland Cattle also come in a wide range
of colours: Yellow, Red, Black, Dun, Brindle,
White & Mahogany.
One of our goals is to help preserve
Heritage livestock breeds. If you want the
average run of the mill stock found on
most of todays cattle prosperities /
feedlots than we are for you.
If you are seeking old fashioned quality
with personal attention to detail, than call
us we may have something for you.
